Experience in BMIDE configuration and customization projects
Experience in ITK or SOA or RAC or AWC
Sound functional knowledge in Teamcenter configuration - Workflow, Change Management, Structure Manager, Stylesheets
Ability to understand Business Requirements and configure/customize Teamcenter to implement Business Processes
Strong Analytical capability
Ability to learn and cover skill gaps
Good Communication
Team Player
Ability to Mentor Juniors
