Candidates should have at least 6 months to 2 years of experience in Handling a Voice (outbound or Inbound) team, must have experience in US, CA, AUS or UK based voice processes.
Technical Competencies: (Job related)
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good Analytical skills, should be able to highlight the observation with the daily, weekly and monthly production data.
- Should manage the team independently with a very minimum support from the AM.
- Should be able to communicate with the client as and when required independently.
- Need to keep the team members motivated and provide feedback regularly.
Soft Skills: (Job related)
- Good communication both verbal and written communication & Interpersonal skills
- Should be a go-getter
- Should be able to take decisions independently
