We are hiring Client Servicing Executive or Key Account Manager (Male Candidate).


As a Client Services Executive, you'll build and nurture relationships with our customer leaders, identify gaps within the customers technical environment and can take briefs from clients and working on their deliverable. Coordinating with internal teams and clients for recruitment process outsourcing. Planning and managing client accounts and coordinating with client and teams regularly


Experience- 2 to 4 Years

Male candidates only


Responsibilities and duties

  • Handling Queries of Clients and fixing issues through proper co-ordination
  • Taking creative briefs from clients and working on their deliverable
  • Coordinating with internal teams.
  • Recruiting Experience would be an added advantage.
  • Planning and managing client accounts and coordinating with client regularly
  • Building and managing strong relationships with clients.
  • Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communications
  • Collecting regular feedback from clients and sharing the insights for development
  • Responsible for payment collection from the existing customers
  • Attending client meetings with the Account Manager to fix issues
  • Coordinating the execution of the various elements of the project
  • Identifying account growth opportunities with existing clients and directing these to the operation head/ team. Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients.
  • Should be opened to take initiative and opportunities. Skills and requirements
  • Relevant Graduates / Postgraduates
  • Minimum Experience- 2- 5 Years (Must have Experience in interacting with international clients)
  • Articulate with good written and presentation skills, Highly Passionate and Confident
  • High quality work output, quick response to deadlines
  • Knowledge of recruitment process outsourcing/Digital and social media.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work smoothly with teams interpersonal skills
  • Should be opened to work as per US shift and clients availability.
  • Ability to manage client s expectations and deliver their projects successfully.
  • Must be adept on Office (Microsoft/Google) software Excel/Sheets and Word/Docs/PPT.
