Urgently Hiring for a full time US IT Recruiter Role for Noida Location.
Exp - 1 to 4yrs.
Job Location - Noida (Work from Office).
Shift Timings - US/Night Shifts.

Job description:-
- Hands on experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
- To understand IT requirements of clients IT resource need and deliver qualified consultants.
- Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and Vendors.
- Sourcing resumes from portals, taking initial interviews, handling Joining, salary negotiations
etc. - Personally conduct interviews, document the same and report as the need arises.
- Maintaining day to day tracker & performance tracker as well.
- Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
- Managing the hiring process.
- Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
- Comfortable to work in night shift.
Skills and Experience Required:-
- Any degree with 1- 4 years relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Interpersonal skills & presentation skills.
- MBA graduate will be an added advantage.
