Job Description

Roles Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be handling end to end TA process and hiring for Nontech roles.
• The candidate should have mix experience in hiring : niche hiring, bulk hiring, senior level hiring.
• Will be handling 5 to 10 team size.
• Preferably Hyderabad/Bangalore based
• Looking for candidate with 10 plus years of experience into Recruitment.
• Very strong with Recruitment strategies, planning, Matrix, Source mix, tracking productivity of team, Marketing mapping, very strong in communication with Hiring Managers.
• Ramping up experience (Increasing the team size in huge numbers).
• Strong with Stakeholder Management.

• Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
• Solid understanding of labor legislation
• Excellent communication abilities
• Leadership skills
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations
• BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
• MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
