Exp - 1 to 4yrs.

Job Location - Noida (Work from Office).

Shift Timings - UK Shifts.

HR Executive :-

Job description:-

• Hands on experience in Non - IT Hirings.
• Sourcing resumes from portals, taking initial interviews, handling Joining, salary negotiations
  etc.
• Personally conduct interviews, document the same and report as the need arises.
• Maintaining day to day tracker & performance tracker as well.
• Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
• Managing the hiring process.
• Experience on US Staffing Non - IT Hirings.
• Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.

Skills and Experience Required:-

• Any degree with 1- 4 years relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Interpersonal skills & presentation skills.
• MBA graduate will be an added advantage.
