Job description

We are hiring for Technical support International Voice Process

Handle user queries through calls related to Internet Issues, Network related issues, Router & Modem Issues. - Comprehend the issue, search on Knowledge Management Tool and communicate/narrate effectively. - Required to handle Queries. - Should be able to resolve and give appropriate solutions to the customers.

Job Location: Noida

Eligibility: Any graduate (Min 6 Months Technical Experience). 2) B tech/BCA/BSC-IT/3 Years Dip-IT (Fresher) can also apply. .

Experience: Min 6 Months International Voice (or) Technical Support experience required.

Freshers are also Eligible.

Shift Timings: 24/7 Rotational

Transportation: 2 way cab facility is provided
