Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Responsible for developing new Banc assurance partners, manage business from existing relationships.
Motivate and lead the banc assurance team PAN India. Managing banc assurance product range and processes.
Formulate strategy for sales, marketing and distribution for insurance products to suit client needs.
Continually review existing product range, processes and sales channels to ensure Banc assurance products are aligned to our target segments.
Negotiations with the product provider for fee revenue and marketing budget.
Design lucrative incentive structure to mobilize interest with the sales teams across channels.
Monitor industry and competitor trends.
