We have a opening for Service Desk at Mumbai ( Andheri or Malad) location.

We are looking for candidates with 1+ yrs of experience in Service desk or in technical support.

Required Skill Sets

Years of Exp - 1+

Should be ok to work in rotational shifts

Should have hands on experience in Ticketing tools, service request management, Incident & Service level agreement.

5 days of working for alternate weeks.

Salary upto 3.8LPA

It is Mandatory to have all the marksheets, degree certificates & previous experience letters along with payslips.

Cab facility will be provided.
