Job Description
Any diploma, or Diploma in Hotel Management orHigh school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage.or Associate Degree in Institutional Food Preparation with above 2 years of Experience in Japanese Food Preparation. Candidate should have sound knowledge of Food Safety Regulation, Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods. The ability to stand for a long period of time.Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.The candidate should have to stay in a Guest House and prepare Japanese Food items.
The candidate should have good communication skills in English. Preference to be given for the Japanese Language.
