We are looking for the candidates who has good exposure in Customer Support

Designation: Customer Support Executive

Qualification : Undergraduate
Communication: Excellent English & Hindi
Experience : Minimum 1 years in Customer Support
Location : Bangalore

Salary : 15% to 30% Hike based on Last drawn salary

what you'll do:

Handling inbound or outbound calls and / or emails
Knowledge of TAT, compliance, ticketing systems, CSAT.
Working on short SLA and clearing backlogs.
Should be familiar with Customer Empathy, customer service.
Ensure no errors occurred while assisting customers
Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
Answer queries about products or the company.
Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
Adheres to and supports company policies and practices
