Role : Technical Team Lead

Location : Bangalore(Salarpuria)

Yrs of Experience: 4+ years of experience

*(At least 1-2 years of Team Lead Experience is Mandatory)

Education : Any Graduate

Shift : Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Domain : Customer Support/Service Desk

Position:

  • Team Lead (4B)

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts periodic reviews with the team, reviews daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to provide guidance to achieve the desired service levels
  • Reviews the staffing plan and work allocation to achieve production numbers
  • Works towards building relationships with client process owners to be able to anticipate and plan for future issues and challenges
  • Maintains strict adherence to the quality plan including Quality Control, assurance and Improvement. Encourages the team members to contribute towards generation of process improvement ideas
  • Should be able to manage team
