JOB DESCRIPTION
International Voice Process under BPO industry involving interaction with our Global Clients/Customers and resolving customer issues over both Inbound/Outbound calls and Managing Data
Shifts : ROTATIONAL SHIFTS/NIGHT SHIFTS
Industry : BPO
Designation : Associate
Experience : 0 to 3 year Experience (looking for Immediate Joiners)
Salary : Based on your previous experience according to Industry Standards
EDUCATION CRITERIA
Graduate Freshers and Experienced
Undergraduates (10+2 / 10+2+Diploma ) and BE/B.Techs with minimum 6 months experience in Customer Support BPO
NOTE: MBA / M.Tech or any Post Graduate CANNOT APPLY
SKILLS
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent written Communication Skills
Proactively Communicating with various teams within the client.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
