Designation: - Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager Payroll & Shared Service Specialist
Location:- Ghaziabad (Walking Distance from Kaushabhi Metro station)
Qualification: Must have done MBA / PGDM (Regular)
Experience : Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Industry: Manufacturing
Salary: - As per company
Male Preferred
Well versed with HRMS software like Adrenaline/Saviour/HR One
Good understanding of Payroll, Compliances and Labour Laws. At least 5 Years + experience in Plant set up.

Skills required: -
1.Knowledge of labor laws

3.Experience on Payroll Management /Attendance Management .
4.Experience on Legal Compliances.
5.Experience on Training and Development .
6.Compensation and Benefits (C&B.)
7.Experience on Admin work.

10.Salary Marking minimum 800 employees
11.Good listening skill

Job Profile: -
Responsible for HR & Administration related aspects of the plant by
providing necessary support for smooth operations

1. Review monthly ESI, PF challans and PF return reports.
2. Coordinates various inspections done by govt. authorities statutory compliances .
3. Ensures harmonious employee/management relations by acting as a coordinator/facilitator .
4. Maintain records and facilitate the legal advisor by providing necessary information/files .
5. Control and monitor the time office function including attendance, leaves, Compensatory Off, time IN /OUT and related wages .
6. Ensure new employee records are created and updates employee information in personal files for employees .
7. Manage wages and salary payments of all the employees along with the team.
8. Approve loans/advance proposals based on company policy and forwards those to Finance department for further processing .
9. Administer medical health check up plans and maintain records regarding employee health check up and declaration.
10.Manage and oversees canteen, housekeeping, uniform arrangements, security, transport, building, horticulture and administration of the unit .
