Designation: Executive / Sr. Digital Marketing
Location: Gurgaon (Sec-18)
Experience Require: -3 to 4 Years in Digital Marketing with any agency, well known brand,
Qualification:- Any Graduate

Position: Executive Digital Marketing
The company is seeking to fill Executive Digital Marketing position. The candidate selected should be a certified digital marketer with extensive experience of minimum 3 years in the Digital Marketing/Online Marketing with a medium d enterprise or advertising agency or new media agency in India. The position would report to the Digital Marketing Head.

Responsibilities:
1.Actively manage digital advertising on social platforms for company portfolio of products. This mainly includes posting content available from the brands and in some cases create content if needed.
2.Conceptualization and Coordinating development of Automated Email Marketing Campaigns on platforms like HubSpot
3.Copywriting for Campaign Landing Pages
4.Coordination with SEO agency to keep all the websites update and ranking on Google organic results for targeted keywords
5.Managing Marketing Automation System like HubSpot for Email Marketing, Google and Social media Ads
6.Enquiry generation through Marketing campaigns using Automated Emails, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Organic Search Traffic, Business Portals, and other digital marketing initiatives..
7.Increasing the efficiency of Open rates, Click through rate, Visitors Conversions and Enquiry Generation from Email Campaigns, Digital Marketing Campaigns and website respectively.
8.Coordination with multiple Departments for input into website and other digital marketing initiatives.
9.Report on all digital marketing activity and results.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

1.Must have hands-on experience running and managing Paid Digital/Performance Marketing Campaigns like Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads

2.Prior exposure to CRM or Marketing Automation System is a huge plus

3.Ability to do data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics, Google Search Console,SEMRUSH, Screaming Frog etc, Keyword research tools and other Digital marketing tools for action refinement.

4.Good interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in spoken and written English is a must

5.In-depth understanding of communication management on digital media platforms preferably with working experience in industrial sector or a digital marketing agency

6.First-hand experience in large scale Marketing Automation campaigns: Including but not limited to emails and push notifications
7.Creative bent of mind to engage consumers on our social media pages
8.Hands on experience of features and functionalities of digital platforms
9.Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
10.Good concept clarity and skills in internet research, SEO & Google analytics
11.Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and predisposition to think
12.High Energy, Commitment , Enthusiasm and Drive.
