Profile : Customer Care Executive

Location : Charni Road ( Nr Station)

Process : US Inbound Voice - HSC/Graduate - Excellent communication skills - Minimum 1 + years in International Voice - Should be flexible to work in Night Shift

Job Profile : - Call Handling from Customers and resolving the issues - Support the Query and do the needful. - Reporting to the team lead. - Proactive work to be done.

NO PICK and DROP. Rotational shift and Rotational off
