Key Responsibilities :
- To solve business problems affecting efficiencies (cost and time) in specific projects, group of projects or business unit as a whole
- Multiple types of Analysis of the ongoing process in project execution and performance
- To identify gaps in the processes which are adversely impacting the business and solve for them
- Manage and conduct multiple campaigns across the SBU focused on priorities of the business. Initiatives like mechanization and digitalization
- Drive initiatives by focusing on change management philosophies
- PMO of critical projects incl. escalation and mitigation of risks, fast tracking execution etc.
