We are looking for a suitable HR & Admin Assistant to undertake a variety of HR and
administrative duties. The candidate must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions
with the ability to multitask.
An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring
smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
Responsibilities:
1) Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
2) Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department
3) Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
4) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing,
recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
5) Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
6) Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and
regulations
7) Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
8) Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
9) Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
10) Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
11) Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Qualities in the candidate:
We are looking for a candidate with excellent organization ability, time management and
strong administrative skills. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under
pressure.
