Sales Target & Financial Result:
To achieve the set sales target.
1. Handling Billing & Cashiering.
2. Product Knowledge.
3. Every Merchandise USP
4. Benchmarking Quality and cost with City / Area.
5. Inventory Management.
6. Handling various internal transfers/returns of items with required documentation.
7.To carry out physical verification of inventory occasionally / as desired by the management from time to time.
8.Upkeep and Store Maintenance
9.Assist in maintaining the high standard of store maintenance at all time.
10. Customer Focus.
