Job Description
Our client a Private Limited are a Joint Venture collaboration between an International Fitness equipment Brand, manufacture the strength training equipment's . They have set up a World class Manufacturing facility in Pune Chakan . They have a pan India Sales Network and we export to Middle East countries.Our client have an excellent Factory set up which has all the State of the art machines including a Pipe and Plate Laser cutting Machine , CNC Pipe Bending Machine (With Bosch Germany Hydraulics) , Shot blasting machine , Conveyerised Powder Coating plant with 4 booths for different colours powered by Rielo Burner (UK Make) , a dedicated Natural gas pipeline for the Owen , Upholstery making & Box making , Argon welding . We have end to end Infrastructure under one roof .
Job Description .
Sales & Business development Senior Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience.
Assistant Manager if 3 to 5 years of Sales & BD experience.
Job Description.
To be able to study Market requirements.
Develop a Sales Plan and implement it.
To take charge of Sales & Business Development .
Drive Channel development through Dealers , Channel Partners and associates.
Should be able to close orders by himself.
Achieve Sales Targets.
Healthy & Fit Person .
Should be continuously active on the field to drive sales and networking .
Bulk of the time is expected to be on the field which will be the mix of Cold Calling, Market Development, Driving the channels & closing orders.
Should have the maturity ,skills , knowledge , attitude to handle sales and drive to establish the brand .
Ability to handle the large Territory.
Territory - Should be open to handle deals across India. Will be stationed in Pune but will require to travel extensively as and when the need demands including outstation. The Base location will be Baner Pune.
Territory - Maharashtra, Karnataka, Goa, Andrapradesh , Telangana. May change depending on the Business growth and Market need.
He should have the knowledge of the territory and should have done active sales and should have a strong experience in handling dealers & channel partners in different regions at a national level . He should have handled B2B Sales involving dealer sales.
Should be able to close the sales of the gym set up costing between 10 Lacs to 25 Lacs for one deal. The candidate should have a potential to achieve a Quarterly sales Target of 4 to 5 Crores.
Preferably should have a background where he must have done B2b sales where the ticket of one deal is at least 20 lacs & the product cost is 1 Lac per product.
Should be passionate about fitness / Sports. Would be great if he must have done a course in fitness during his college days from Institutes such as K11 , Golds Training Academy etc .
