Hiring for the role of a Content Writer and Content Manager
We are looking for a talented content manager who knows how to create high-value content, content strategies in line with SEO, manage the quality of content and scale up content production for our various accounts.

You will be responsible for overseeing client briefs, creating content, coordinating with various teams to ensure content

You will responsible for crafting inbound content marketing strategies and creating the content. In short, you will need to understand the inbound marketing goals of our clients, figure out what is the best strategy to achieve that goal through content, make sure the content production happens.

You will need to work with our content team, editors, marketing team and clients to create arresting and creative content that converts into sales for our clients.

You will be responsible for:

Understand client requirements and get the projects rolling. This means putting the picking the best team for the job, making sure there is great quality content that is being churned out, and all KPIs are being met.

Creating content marketing strategies, and ensuring the content production process works seamlessly.

Work with digital team to ensure the right content is put out across various channels for our clients.

Based on the goals of every client, you will create the content calender, search topics using best practices and SEO tools, and design the whole flow of the content.

Coordinate with writers, designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to ensure overall smooth project flow and client satisfaction.

Writing indepth content, editing and proofreading content.

Execute the best practices of content marketing for every client. Should the team invest in better CTAs, does the copy need better writing, can we do an infographic, can we do a pillar page what ways can we generate better traffic for the client through pure-play 10X content

Diligent tracking and analytics of what's working and what's not working, and how to optimize content for the next cycle

Who we are looking for in you

Excellent writing/copywriting skills or editing skills with atleast 3 years of experience in either or both.

We prefer people who understand the basics of content marketing, and have basic to medium knowledge of SEO and understand how to use either SEMRush or Ahrefs/ Google Analytics.

Someone is good with project management and is happy to interact with clients, teams, editors and writers, sharing inputs, and ideas.
