1 year experience into Automobile industry. 

Job role-

• To Attend Delivery ceremonyPost sales follow-up(Feedback call)
• Complaint resolving Delivery punching in GDMS(Portal)
• Handling customer's
• queries Reporting to Regional office (Mailing, Training's nomination in Hgoal)
• Warranty punching in Portal Maintain all the above records in soft copy and Also hard copy.

Salary- upto 20k plus incentives

Location- Mumbai,Thane,Kurla,Bhandup,Ray road,Chembur
