Job Description

Job Skills Requirements:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of personnel and production related problems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and motivate a diverse group of employees
Problem-solving skills (8D, 5 why, Fishbone, CAPA.)
Familiar with electronics test equipment, scopes, spectrum analyzers and multi-meters etc

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, AS Engineering and relevant work experience maybe considered.
Strong technical skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills
Proficient math, reading and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) are required.

Working Conditions:

Work hours will generally be during regular business hours 9-6 however, there will be some variation in work hours due to schedules, special projects, deadlines, and other concerns.
Work hours would be in IST with the need to be available for occasional meetings in the evenings with US colleagues (EST).
