Job Description

Position: Sr Executive-FP&A (Leading MNC Manufacturing Company)

Role:
- Provide key inputs to management team by sharing MIS reports, highlighting areas for improvement, providing profitability analysis under different scenarios
- Actively participating in various annual Budgeting and Planning exercises
- Responsible for product pricing and providing support to Projects team
- Responsible for month-end related activities and review of numbers
- Circulation of various MIS/reports to group and internal management - Preparation and analysis of profitability by Region, Product, Customer, Project etc. - Preparation of annual budget, rolling forecast and monthly estimates - Ensuring inventory management through various controls and checks - Ensure high level of accounting hygiene by conducting periodic reviews - Automation of projects for improved analytics and productivity
- Act as a Finance Controller & one point contact for one of the Business Units and support various statutory audit activities
- Responsible for calculating product prices and doing its regular review to correct any anomalies
- Providing support to Sales team - Projects by doing margin analysis under different scenarios

Requirements:
- CA/CMA-2018/2019 pass out with 3-5 years work experience.
- Good knowledge on accounting principles and practices
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Prior experience of manufacturing accounting will be an added advantage
- Stakeholder management and good communication skills
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Problem solving ability & high level of self-motivation
