Designation: Agency Development Manager

Compensation/CTC Package:2.0 L to 5.0 L CTC  + Heavy Incentives based on sales performance + Opportunity to Travel to exciting locations Nationally and Internationally + Fast Track promotions 3 promotion cycle in a year.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Training of Advisors
• Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
• Self- sourcing of agents from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
• Cross- sell/Up-sell products.
• Assuring that the business targets are met as per goal sheet given.

Criteria Required:

1. Age Limit 23 to 45 years.
2. Education Qualification: Graduate Any stream/ 3 years Diploma
3. Experience of Sales and Marketing at least 1 to 15 Years.
4. Local resident Should have natural market in that location.
