Greetings from PESHR Services!!!

We are looking for Recruitment Executive with passion for interacting with candidates, knowing their needs and understanding their skill and experience. The recruiter has to source and work on full cycle of recruitment for excellent clients of the consultancy.

Job responsibilities :

Handling end to end recruitment process for junior & senior management level.
sourcing through Various job portal
Communicating with every candidate and creating a good sense of understanding with the candidate
Post openings on internet, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Interview candidates (via phone)

Required Experience, Qualifications and Skills :
experience--: freshers / 1years

Qualifications and skills
Bachelor's degree or above with good communication skills
Candidates with experience in recruitment will be preferred
Works intensely, is competitive, and ambitious.
Willingness to learn and perform in the Recruitment & hr Industry.
