Job Description
:-Financial Analysts:-- Cash Management of numerous qualified settlement fund which are the result of mass tort litigations.
- Generating and processing necessary transactions to vendors, claimants, and various law firms as fund become available.
- Monitor and audit settlement accounts to ensure data integrity:
- o Bank account reconciliation with current distributed funds.
- o Forecasting distributions to account for remaining funds.
- Coordinating with the Accounting department on financial reporting activity for each settlement fund.
- Provide production support for compliance analysts regarding account set ups and changes
- Develop ad-hoc and automated data reports for executives and managers company-wide.
- Supporting building a proprietary platform to incorporate all settlement fund data.
- Executing a risk analysis on current procedures:
- o Identifying bottlenecks which limit availability of funds.
- o Tracking and documenting all trading and compliance issues reported and observed.
- Performance additional duties as assigned to support the finance/treasury team
- Understand and adhere to all company policies, including but not limited to security, trade secrets and
- confidentiality of all information
Job Description-Accountant:-
- Manage incoming payment requests and ensure accurate, timely payment
- Interface with QuickBooks Accounting, Import Utilities and check processing vendor-software to complete
- check payments
- Interface with multiple bank platforms to create electronic payments
- Provide service to internal and external clients by addressing inquiries regarding payments/payment status
- Develop && publish reporting metrics of KPIs
- Performance additional duties as assigned to support the finance team
- Understand and adhere to all company policies, including but not limited to security, trade secrets and
- confidentiality of all information
Eligibility:-
1. Min Graduation/Post graduation with commerce background.( CA Inter, Articleship)
2. Excellent Excel/Word Skills.( V Lookup/H lookup, Pivot)
3. Excellent English com skills.
4.Good understanding of Accounts Fundamentals.
5. Should Be willing to go extra mile with assigned duties.
6. Responsible candidate with extra cautious approach and high commitment levels.
