Job Description

CA with MBA with 10-15 years of experience in International Accounting.

Finance / Tax matters
Preparation and Evaluation of Financial Statements as per International Standards
Understanding & Preparing financial details for Legal Cases
Negotiations with financial institutes and Banks
Preparation of cash flow / budgets
Experience of dealing with DIFC, FZCO regulations
Experience of dealing with Trust regulations
Well versed in different offshore jurisdictions and taxation including India, US,UK Mauritius) regulations
Well versed with International Accounting Standards, presentation of Balance Sheets (Audit Report, Financials & notes)

Expose to Good software skills
