Job Description


1. Meeting Customers


2. Acquiring new business into the Platform


3. Heading the particular geographical areas for


i. Sales Presentations to the MSME Customers


ii. Meeting to Conversion


iii. Productivity per-man-day


iv. Monthly revenue contributed to the company


v. Retention of & References from Customers


vi. Attending team | branch meetings on time

BDE are expected to deliver the following & associated skillsets need to be validated
1. Understanding customer needs
2. Clarity on Return on Investment
3. Suggesting right product
4. Presenting the value creation
5. Creating need to customer
6. Manage multiple appointments


Pre-Requisites
1. Bike
2. Smart Phone
3. Minimum Graduate - Freshers / Experienced
4. Under-Graduates Exceptions- with a strong track record in sales with
2+ years of experience
5. Strong Regional language fluency & basic English language proficiency
