Back Office Assistant

• Responsible for new hire orientation and training for delivery and warehouse personnel
• Created and implemented testing protocol for new hire training to ensure information retention
• As part of continued training and quality assurance, performed "follow along" with teams out in the field
• Opened building in mornings and supervised loading of trucks by delivery personnel
• Worked closely with management to implement new policy
