Job Description
Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer for implementation, development and support related to Enterprise application design and development. The position primary be responsible to interface with key stakeholders and applying Oracle Advanced PL/SQL technical proficiency across different stages of the project including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design involving Data processing modules requiring Advanced PL/SQL expertise in performance based SQL Tuning, Data partitioning ,Data sharding concepts and having experience working in latest Oracle 12c Database or higher . Should be able to create high level design artifacts and detailed solution design lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty, validating requirements working with relevant stakeholders for functionality testing. A day in the life of an Infoscion As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities, to assure that our clients are satisfied with the high levels of service in the technology domain. You will gather the requirements and specifications to understand the client requirements in a detailed manner and translate the same into system requirements. You will play a key role in the overall estimation of work requirements to provide the right information on project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers. Primary skills:PLSQL 3+ years of relevant experience in Implementation, Development and Support projects related to Oracle PL/SQL based Enterprise Applications. Experience with Oracle Version 10g, 11g, 12c and higher Strong experience with Oracle functions, procedures, triggers, packages & performance tuning Ensure that database programs are in compliance with V3 standards. Hands on development using Oracle PL/SQL. Performance tune SQL's, application programs and instances. Evaluation of new and upcoming technologies. Knowledge in Data Sharding concepts Providing technical assistance, problem resolution and troubleshooting support. Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture Understanding of performance engineering Knowledge of quality processes and estimation techniques Basic understanding of project domain Ability to translate functional / nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements Ability to design and code complex programs Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies Awareness of latest technologies and trends Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborateEmployement Category:
