Position - Sr. Executive GIS

Department -Automation GIS

Experience- 4-7 year 

Location- GREATER NOIDA

Budget -negotiable

Desired Profile

GIS Data handling and data analytics in GIS with report generation and error solving.

Role Description

• Handling of GIS Application and gathering requirement with business user and implement of same.

Performing analysis, testing, verification, validation, and maintenance of standalone, web-based GIS applications.

Analyzes and documents software requirements, prepares design specifications, develops software, creates and implements test plans and installation.

Uses knowledge of software lifecycle processes to ensure quality applications has to be maintained. Provides customer support during requirements gathering, systems integration and acceptance testing.

Provides support related to software development to peers and advocates best practice in configuration management, software design and testing.

Provides support for implementation of enterprise level processes.

Responsible for the technical direction, and/or training of business users as well as new joined.

Knowledge on integration of SAP and GIS will be added advantage.

Reports on Usage of GIS

Data correction

Feeder Wise data updating and map preparation

Preferred Companies/Industry

Utility Industry/Discom/GIS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education Qualifications

B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or B. Tech in Geo-Informatics/ M. Tech (Remote Sensing)

Professional Qualifications (if any)

Knowledge of Geographical information system

Knowledge of Small world electric office software

Basic knowledge of electrical engineering

Experience
