Roles & Responsibilities:

Strong in Ruby concepts
Strong on raw SQL queries, indexesetc
Strong hands-on on meta programming
Hands on experience with Ruby design patterns, Gems
Understanding of DevOps concepts
Good understanding working with Oracle DB
Good to have JRuby experience
Good to have Cloud exposure
Good to have experience in Javascript frameworks like ExtJS
Well versed with Agile
