Experience in Domestic Recruitment is mandatory (US Recruitment wil not be considered)
No asset is provided from the company, candidate must have their own Laptop/ PC & wifi connection.
Location- Meerut, Noida, Hyderabad, NCR Region (Open to permanent remote working as well under valid reasons)
Candidate must have good communication skills and experience in client / stakeholder management.
Understanding the resource requirement.
Sourcing profiles using internal databases, Internet web sites, jobpostings, Referrals and Networking.
Resume filtering.
Conducting telephone interviews to assess candidate's tech / non-tech abilities, professionalism and communication skills.
Maintaining the Database
Screen CV (candidate sourcing, talk to each candidate before sending their CVs to the client, ensure brief them about the client, requirements, opportunity, screening, pre- qualifying, negotiating salary,) Check candidate interest.
Scheduling interviews with the technical panel of the company with regard to scheduling of telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Obtaining feedback on Candidates from the panel. Communications with the candidate till the offer stage and follow-ups till the candidates join the company.
