Job Description

Expertise in Contract to Hire/Staffing model
Grow existing accounts
Manage and lead a dynamic team that responds and fulfils Clients hiring needs.
Impart hands-on training to recruiters.
Prioritize work and review it with team members
Familiar with professional social networking sites and portals.
Understand compensation structure, involve in competitive landscaping of compensation and advise candidates on offers received
Play a lead role in closure of offered candidates through consultative and advisory approach

Requirements

- Graduation in any discipline

- 5+ years of experience in Contract Staffing

- Excellent drive and execution skills, Negotiation skills and Technology understanding

- Good understanding of contract staffing

- Excellent search skills and ability to form good relationships with candidates

Location : Bangalore (work from office)

Joining time : Immediate

Salary - Not a constraint for the right candidate
