Qualification: UG / Graduate
Experience: One year or above as a recruiter in any domain

Languages known: Malayalam & English
Salary: 15K to 25K
Incentives: Performance based
Shift: 10 a.m to 7 p.m
Week off: Sunday
Location: New Delhi

Note: * Excellent / good communication can also apply Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:

End to end recruitment
Ready to take challenges.
Should be a positive thinker.
Team Handling
Client Management
Responsible for sourcing and screening profile through various job portals.
Follow ups with the candidates
Interview Line up
Coordinating with interview panel for Telephonic and Personal Interview.
Negotiating salaries and closing the requirement as well as follow up till the joining.
P&L Analysis

Immediate joiners are preferred
