Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
Taking orders, sales order processing, organizing dispatch & credit chasing
Preparing & sending the proforma invoice
Check all the orders which have been processed
Send Invoice, LR & Dispatch details to customers
Liaise with warehouse, ensuring accuracy of dispatches
Liaise with customers as required regarding their orders
Liaise internally between imports & sales departments
Ensure internal system records are maintained
Dealing with delivery queries as required
Tracking customer orders.

Mandatory : Good Command on Spectrum Business Management Software
