Job Description

The candidate must hold experience in designing, implementing & managing VOIP networks.
Excellent Knowledge of PABXs, terminals, and trunks.
Excellent Knowledge of Numbering plan, Barring, voice mail (Internal and External), and forwarding.
Excellent expertise in troubleshooting PBX, ISDN & Voice mail issues.
Knowledge about configuring IP phones and jabber softphones
Excellent understanding of VOIP protocols, H323, SIP, RTP.
Good knowledge on UCCE architecture and it's components expertise on UCCE call flow for an enterprise.
ShiftTiming Morning, Afternoon
Night shift on Weekend and US holidays
