Inviting applications for the role of AM Policy Admin - Insurance Transactions
Responsibilities:
- Transaction processing according to standard work & SOP
- Manage new hire, upskill or cross training for a policy admin team
- Knowledge management Own SOP, Update dissemination, Initiatives to maintain knowledge on the floor Knowledge assessment tests etc.
- Perform root cause analysis and build and execute action plan to improve accuracy of the team, training delivery, reduction in learning curve
- Comprehend and respond to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems
- Assist with/perform other team tasks as the need arises.
- Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems
- Work well with Onshore /Offshore and customer in an encouraging and professional manner via email and on calls
- Handle own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are met
- Maintain key records like working files, email for reference and audit purpose
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications
- Graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law
- Ability to handle basic day to day requirements of excel
Preferred qualifications
- Relevant experience in Life Insurance Policy Admin (Financial, Non-Financial, Illusions, Money In and Out, Complex Changes)
- Actively leading Domain delivery/New hire training/Knowledge management for Life Insurance business
- Preferred certifications from LOMA ( LOMA 280, 290, LOMA FLMI, LOMA ALMI) or similar institutes for Life Insurance
- Good English Communication (Both written & verbal) Talocity Score of >50
- Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the job
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service
- Ready to work on stretched working hours
- Ability to independently work well with internal and external customers
- Proven work experience preferred in Customer Service backend operations experience in Life Insurance
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
