We are hiring for Deputy Manager- Tele- RM- Retention Profile in Mumbai location.
Experience: 3-9 Years.
Salary: Maximum 6 LPA.
Location: Mumbai (Goregaon).
Business Context:
- Manage Commercial Line business for Agency & Banca Channel.
- To help further strengthen the retention process through better Sales and Producer engagement across locations and channels.
Role Description:
Accountabilities- Major Activities:
Performance reviews with sales- Daily 3 4 performance reviews with the sales teams (20% of time).
Co-ordination / Driving the RPU coordinators- Daily calls with RPU coordinators to track conversion progress, drive performance and solicit support wherever required (20% of time).
Producer Engagement- Engage with at least 2 Producers on a daily basis to drive performance, understand challenges being faced and provide necessary support to drive conversion (30% of time).
Coordination with Extract and PT teams- Coordination with Extract and PT team to for RN and pricing related concerns (5% of time).
Call center/Analytics/BIU and PT engagement- Regular engagement and meetings with the Call-center, Analytics, BIU and PT teams to drive business and new initiatives (10% of time).
Monthly Reviews- Ensure Monthly business reviews with the Channel head/s (5% of time).
New Initiatives- Drive new initiatives like upsell, business opportunity as per data insights (5% of time).
Rewards and Recognition- Design and launch Rewards and Recognition Programs for Sales/Producers to drive business (5% of time).
