Position No 1

Alliance Data - 40

Education - HSC Minimum

Experience - Fresher, 6 month Sales, retention, collection experience.

Shift - 5 PM to 10 AM rotational night shift

Salary up to 3,90,000/- CTC (25+2+1) (Non PF Salary)

PN 350000/- CTC and above to be offered to only collection experience candidates

Position No 2

Demand gen - 30

Process- Sales & Lead Generation (moreover sales and marketing) B2B.

Making outbound calls and speaking with fortune 500 companies.

Example- Microsoft, TCS.

Shift timings- 247 shift.

US, UK, Australia, Europe, and all over Asia dialling.

90% fixed Sat-sun off but if UAE shift than rotational 2 days off.

Candidates are expected to work in a target-based environment.

No extra incentives.

Vendor Pay-out - 8.33% of the fixed CTC.

Education - HSC Minimum
