Opening for US Travel sales, UK Travel Sales @ GD Consultants

Job Description

o Handling queries from UK, over calls and chats related to flights, hotel bookings, travel insurance & car transfers/rentals.

o Offering the best available deals and then converting them into Sales

o Need to assertively handle all calls and keep a strong track of follow ups

o Target based profile

Eligibility Criteria:

o Two + years of experience in UK Voice Process inbound/Outbound Travel Sales (US/UK Process).

o Only B2C (Voice Process) offline sales. No tour handling profiles. No online sales/web sales etc.

o Must have Excellent Communication Skill (both verbal & written in English).

o GDS knowledge is a must (Worldspan/Amadeus).

o Good Geographical knowledge.
