Job Description

Communication & interpersonal Skills
Strong communication skills.
Communicate with confidence and positive mindset.
Be able to influence and negotiate with others.
Do the right thing be fair and honest in your interactions and dealings with your customers.
Maintain cordial relationship with peers and seniors.
Be well groomed and presentable at all times.

Create new POSPs on a daily basis.
Identify and connect with prospective persons and convert them into active POSPs.
Always be ready to provide service to POSPs and their customer; be available for them at all times.
Provide quotations/ generate policies/ claims assistance for POSPs & their customers.
Stay updated on products and business. Never make false commitments or give wrong information.
Provide prompt and timely service, follow up regularly.
Build healthy and long-term relationship with POSPs; meet & greet them on a regular basis weekly, fortnightly.
Initiate training requirement for POSPs as and when needed.
Work with POSPs to achieve daily/monthly targets as assigned by reporting manager.
Take complete accountability and ownership for your work and actions.
Be receptive to feedback and work on your areas of development.
Attend trainings & other skill development programs regularly.
Submit daily projections, join morning hurdles as instructed by your reporting manager.
Attend meetings, VCs, conference calls as and when scheduled or instructed.
Submit daily sales report by E.O.D. to your reporting manager.
