We are a risk analyst firm working with various banks & financial institutions & provide them various audit & analysis services
We are doing various operations & special audits of Bank/FI which include, pre-post disbursement audits, portfolio audits, stock & book debt audits, receivable audits, construction finance audits, KYC audits, reconciliations.
We also do risk analysis of various loan borrowers for Bank/FI by visiting those borrowers & understanding their business & financials for such Banks/FIs & give them independent reports on such borrowers which help them to make a lending decision.
This profile gives you good exposure in the Credit domain & you will get a chance to apply whatever you have learned in your curriculum.

We have the below opportunity with us.
Position:HR ( Recruitment &Ops)
Location: Sakinaka
Department: HRD
Role: It's a 50 percent recruitment and 50 percent ops role.
1) To make appointment letters
2) To make salaries.
3) To process offer letters
4) To keep track of daily attendance. Bank details.
5) To coordinate with Branches.
6) To make gratuity and other HR related MIS.
7) To assist in HR documentation.
8)Sourcing for all positions.
9)Recruitment MIS
10) Should be comfortable handling recruitment's and ops position.
