Job Responsibilities As a Leader you will have responsibility for the following: - Leading, coaching, and advising a team of x-competency analysts in the development of clear, persuasive and concise company outside-in analysis - Managing and inspiring a team of analysts to high performance - Managing the development of junior team members on projects and identifying opportunities for them to grow and build their skills - Applying advanced expertise to lead the team in translating the analysis into credible recommendations that drive action - Advising the analysts on problem and hypothesis framing, analytic relevance, and how to drive quantitative and qualitative sophistication across deliverables - Reviewing deliverables within respective industry / sector for accuracy, completeness, and relevance - Owning and ensuring ROI capture and reporting for the industry / sector - Driving cross-pollination of best practices, behaviours, and approaches within the industry / sector Collaborating with other pillars to identify new ways to create value for stakeholders - Enabling operational excellence and efficiencies by continuously identifying opportunities to embed automation and improved leverage in how the team operates
