Opening for General manager in granite/ marble mining or cutting & polishing in Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh

JOB ROLE: General Manager
LOCATION: Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Managing day to day operations across all 3 units
o Production
o Dispatch
o Repair and Maintenance of unit related machinery and
equipment.

Managing repair and maintenance for common machinery excavators,
dumpers, pick up etc.)
Managing centralized store to ensure apt inventory levels, requirement
generation and purchase
Daily production, dispatch and sale reporting to management
Report and manage daily outstanding/ collection from customers
Manage daily petty cash expenses and purchase
Manage overall all up keep of site premises
Liaison with local government departments
Ensure monthly reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts.
Resolve all queries and differences
Other responsibilities as per the company policy.
Liaising with local authorities collector office, mining office, pollution
control board, forest department, RTO and local police.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

o 10 plus years site experience
o Must have experience in granite/ marble mining or cutting & polishing unit
o Preferably Engineering or technical degree
o Managed site operations, store and site accounts
o Must have managed a team of more than 50 people
o Working knowledge of MS Office
o Detail Oriented
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

o Salary Band: Rs. 75,000 Rs. 1,00,0000
