To act as an investigative internal consultant, working with selected areas of the business to fully understandthe financial flows and to improve the state of revenues, confined road map tracking and minimizing leakages thereof
Develop an understanding of the profitability of the differing streams of business to drive the strategy by collating and analyzing DSRs across divisions.
Develop strategic and executive level reporting related to budgeting, forecasting, P&L, Cash and balance sheet positioning.
Identify potential areas of development in the current processes and work streams, working with relevant departments to provide timely solutions
To keep a track on Non Punching of Items, Manuel Billings, Re-cycling of bills, Short punching of items in the system
To keep a track on Unauthorised removal of cash from the CASH-TIL & Instances of CASH TIL being found open in the absence of any POS Transaction
Proper accounting of CASH handling process/ HOTO process/ ITEM audits /STOCK Audits and emerging of SHORT/ EXCESS thereof
Keeping track on Un authorized Food Consumption, Spoilages and SCRAP Sales
Keeping track on Short Pouring / Pilferage of Liquor and Liquor bottles
Timely Monitoring of material movementi.e INWARD N OUTWARD,SHORT SUPPLIESand other unwanted activities through 24x7 CCTV Surveillance
Keeping a track on ATTENDANCE and PAY ROLL finalization process
Strict Compliance of DOS n DONTS covered under CODE OF CONDUCT by all Concerned and Reporting of NON
COMPLIANCE wherever observed throughout the operation
Timely observation on Various process to be followed at TIME OFFICE, especially declaration of CASH and HANDLING CASH ENVELOPS wrt to Banking of the same
Manage operations by putting necessary processes, audit controls in places and implementing strategic plans, marketing plans, training program as required at Airports ,Mall Food court setups , Railways and any other F&B Setups at land section
Monitor and maintain daily performance records and analysis of MIS report across all departments for proper execution of the same
Conducts profit and loss review meetings on a monthly basis with group heads and plan strategies for maximizing sales.
Liaison with licensees and their contractors ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with the required SOPs to work in conjunction with the other operational departments looping the top management authorities there on.
Coordinating with other departments like Engineering, House-keeping, Maintenance, Security, etc. to ensure smooth functioning and minimizing the customer inconvenience.
Handling customer grievances, feedbacks and taking necessary resolution after discussion with management.
End to end support for Performance testing for deployed solutions and its effective implementation.
