Job Description:
Responsible for facilitating relationships with employees and unions with the aim of building a positive and engaged work environment.
Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
Collating and analysing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
Design, plan, and implement human resources programs for the plant.
Administer corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs
Key Skills
Must have worked on Manufacturing Sector/ Factory
Prior experienced in employee relations or industrial relations
Handled contract employees and 3rd party vendors
Should have knowledge in Compliance, PF, ESIC
In depth knowledge of employment legislations and Labour laws.
