Job Description
Position OverviewThe Upgrade Developer role is to deploy enterprise software, maintain client functionality, and to perform ETL level data integrity across various clients and systems.
Responsibilities:
Analyze client's systems for best practices and data integrity.
Deploy our suite of enterprise software and ensure the workflow functionality of systems and software.
Develop new or re-develop legacy systems into the newest system architecture through T-SQL or C#.
Perform ETL for client's schema to maintain data and use of new technologies.
Maintain, allocate, and document on an Agile Kanban platform and assist in client-level documentation.
Safely perform live deployments to client's production systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or comparable Bachelor of Science degree.
4+ years experience in development, technology services, or comparable roles.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and proficient with T-SQL or comparable SQL knowledge.
Team-oriented mindset and sharp business acumen with customer-facing verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing with T-SQL and .NET.
Experience with VB6, C++, or Java is a plus.
Microsoft Azure platform experience or similar IT managed services knowledge.
Strong Agile organizational and multitasking skills.
Customer-oriented approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Agile Kanban or Scrum working experience.
Abilities We Need You to Bring:
Proficiency in programming database applications with experience in development, test, and production environments.
Analysis, mapping, transforming, and transferring data from a variety of data formats will be necessary.
Strong technical background.
Experience and proven effectiveness working collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
Highly enthusiastic, positive-minded, customer-focused, service-orientated.
A willing to learn in an Agile Kanban environment.

Knowledge of vertical telecommunication industry trends and concepts.
