Job description We at Black and White Business Solutions Pvt Ltd are looking for an ambitious, result oriented and experienced Team Lead - IT recruitment to join our growth-oriented, passionate team of recruiters at Bangalore, Indiranagar-CMH road. Note: No option of WFH. Immediate Joiner Preferred. Qualification: Any Graduate Should have Team Lead experience Should have 2+ years of IT Recruitment experience Should have lead a team of at least 4-5+ recruiters. Client Handling Ability Should be able to generate Strong team performance and pro-active attitude Strong Sourcing techniques Should have good Oral and written communication skills Should have hands-on experience in handling IT Recruitment Permanent & Contract positions Strong in using leading job portals Naukri & Monster Strong Working experience on LinkedIn Ability to effectively use tools like LinkedIn, Insta hyre,Stack overflow, or any relevant sourcing media to identify high-quality engineering talent. Experience with hiring for engineering teams in the past ( SSE, SDE, QA, DevOps, Product hiring, Engineering Leadership Roles, etc.) - (Not Mandatory for all - Relevant for candidates with Product Hiring Background) Strong in Searching Techniques / Sending Mass Mails / Job Postings etc. Able to understand Tech Skills Sets in Niche & Super Niche Strong willingness to build career in Recruitment area Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationship Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
